Ben has spent the last 25 years immersed in the world of professional rugby.

He been fortunate to coach teams to Premiership and Super Rugby titles and guide two international squads to record-breaking results.

Ben has worked extensively in Japan—often in a foreign language—most recently as Head Coach of Toyota Verblitz under the mentorship of ex-All Black Coach Steve Hansen. Plus coaching with the national team and the Sunwolves franchise

Plus coached in Canada and provided rugby coaching across all National rugby programs in Canada. Mens and Womans 15s and 7s.

His path wasn’t always straightforward: “I didn’t make my high school First XV (too small!), but that challenge sparked the creativity and grit that still shape my coaching style today”
