To grow the game by growing coaches
Our Philosophy
Always focusing on the why and how plus keeping it real on and off the field.
We believe:
Coaching is a craft that requires continuous learning.
There is no single “right way” — context matters.
Players learn best when they are engaged, challenged, and empowered.
Leadership is as important as tactics.
We promote reflective learning — encouraging coaches to question, adapt, and evolve rather than simply copy.
Why The Rugby Site?
- Because coaching can be lonely.
- Because the game keeps evolving.
- Because access to elite thinking shouldn’t be limited to elite environments.
The Rugby Site exists to give every coach access to world-class knowledge — anywhere, anytime.
