Currently Women’s National 7s Team Head Coach and National Skills Coach at Rugby Deutschland

Curtis plans, delivers, and evaluates national and international high-performance rugby activities in coordination with the coaching team and the sports director.

He oversees coaching and management support for national teams during competitions, nominate squads, providing input on coaching appointments for women’s national teams and developing individual training plans for players, implementing a high-performance training structure.

Plus helping prepare the Senior National teams including Men’s 7s program and Men’s XVs for World Rugby & Rugby Europe events.

In addition Curtis was also responsible for leading and supporting coach development through courses and providing other coaching resources.

Previously Curtis was the national team coach for Rugby Austria, leading the Men’s and Women’s 7s teams and supporting the Men’s 15s program as attack coach.
