Aaron Jones is an experienced rugby coach and educator, best known as the Co-Director of Rugby Code, where he delivers a modern approach to coaching resources, skill development programmes, and coach education content for players and coaches at all levels.
Aaron is an accredited World Rugby Level 3 Coach Educator, reflecting his deep game knowledge and strong coaching credibility.
During his career, Aaron has held senior development roles including Coach Educator and Head of Coach Development at Canterbury Rugby Football Union / Crusaders Rugby, as well as Assistant Coach with Hurricanes Poua (women’s team).
He has also delivered coach and player development programmes across New Zealand and internationally, working with clubs such as Petone and other Wellington clubs (NZ), Mullingar (Ireland), and schools in Sri Lanka.
