Lesley is a former Canadian player (25 apps) played in the 2006 and 2010 WRWC.
She is currently the Japan women’s head coach having previously been assistant coach to the 7s team.
Lesley also had coach and player development roles with Wellington and Wanganui unions (NZ).
Her current role also includes the responsibility of proactively encouraging and promoting women players to become coaches.
