Bismarck du Plessis is a former Springbok hooker (75 apps) and a member of the RWC winning 2007 team. Renowned for his lineout throwing and breakdown physicality.
As a player he starred professionally for the Cheetahs and Racing 92 then took on a forwards coaching role with the Vodacom Bulls, specialising in scrum, contact and breakdown development.
