Damian is a World Rugby Level 4 coach and certified coach educator and currently the Fortescue Academy Manager for Western Force.
His previous roles include DOR at Queensland’s Brothers Rugby when they won the 2023 Doughty Shield and Queensland Hospital Cup. during this time he was also Queensland Reds (U18) coach.
Other previous coaching roles include stints in Japan, England, Portugal and New Zealand (at the Crusaders).
