Rama has extensive coach development and game development experience and began his coach development roles within the Queensland Reds (Super Rugby), development and community team and progressed to being the Head of Game Development.
He has also previously been Rugby Australia’s Coach and Training advisor and Director of Rugby Development for the Georgian Rugby Union and is currently head coach with Souths (Brisbane).
