Andrew Fraser is a respected Australian rugby coach with a strong track record in women’s rugby and rugby development. In **2024 he was appointed Head Coach of the Queensland Reds Women, taking on leadership of the program with a year-round high-performance focus.
Before his appointment with the Reds women’s side, Fraser built his coaching experience across club and community rugby, including roles as a forwards and defence coach with Bond University in the Queensland Premier competition and as an assistant coach with the Hunter Wildfires in the Shute Shield.
In addition to his professional role with Queensland Rugby, Andrew also served as Head of Rugby at the University of Queensland Rugby Club, where he oversaw multiple teams and helped shape player development and coaching culture.
