Founder of TheRugbySite.com, Brendon began his professional coaching journey in 1993 after securing one of just ten full-time rugby coaching roles in New Zealand as a Provincial Rugby Development Officer.
He went on to build a 21-year career across professional and community rugby, including coaching roles with Northampton Saints (English Premiership) and Hawke’s Bay (NPC), and serving as Director of Rugby at Napier Boys’ High School, one of New Zealand’s leading rugby schools.
