- When completing the program, you can complete it in phases. Any content you enter is automatically saved and each section you have completed is recorded.

RoadMap to Online Course
- Complete each of the six Modules in this course.
- There are five (5) Steps to complete in each Module, being:
- Review
- Think
- Talk
- Execute
- Engage
- It will take you approximately 10 to 15-minutes to complete a Module, depending on how in-depth you are with Step 5 – Engage, and the further learning and development activities.
- You will need to write your responses in pen or pencil on the CALM Coach Notepad. This is a very important, the activity, writing connects your brain neural pathways to the learning.
- Click on the link to download your CALM Coach Notepad.
- Use this template to write down your Reflections as requested for each Module.
- At the end of each Module there will be a short quiz to complete, this helps you reconnect with your Reflections.
