James brings over 20 years of rugby coaching and program leadership experience — from pathway development and age-grade coaching in Australia to collegiate rugby head coaching in the USA — and now leads Randwick’s Colts and pathways program from their highly successful junior program.
His role involves developing Randwick’s elite youth structures and strengthening links between junior, academy, and senior rugby programs.
