Josh is a prominent New Zealand rugby coach, best known for his successful head coaching roles with the Hawke’s Bay Magpies (NPC) — where he won the Ranfurly Shield — and Old Glory DC (MLR), earning Coach of the Year honours.
He has also served as Forwards Coach at Zebre (URC) and is currently an Assistant Coach with reigning champions Toshiba Brave Lupus (Japan League One).
Josh is recognised for building strong team cultures, developing players, and delivering tactical excellence, particularly in the development and performance of forward packs.
